Assistant to the City Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service to the general public.
  • Administers the septic system inspection program.
  • Plans events, inlcuding volunteer recruitment and coordination.
  • Provides administrative support to the City Clerk/City Administrator for functions related to implementation of council policies and directives, preparation for and documentation of council meetings, issuance of occupation tax certificates, issuance of permits, administration of contracts, municipal court functions, accounts payable, records management, intergovernmental reporting and municipal election administration.
