City-Maintained Streets
All streets in the city are city-maintained with the exceptions of Bush Road, North and South Berkeley Lake Roads, South Old Peachtree Road, Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and the streets in River District and River District Estates. As gated communities, all infrastructure in River District and River District Estates is privately maintained.
